Writing about an existing order?

Include your order number and the email address you used at checkout and we can pull it up straight away. If something arrived damaged, attach a photo — it saves a round trip and lets us get a replacement moving the same day.

Answers you may not need to wait for

• Where is my order? Every order ships with tracking, and the link is in your shipping confirmation email. Full timings are in our Shipping Policy.
• Can I return it? Yes — 30 days from delivery. See the Refund Policy.
• What does shipping cost? A flat $8.95 to the US and Canada, free on orders over $50.
• Is it dishwasher safe? We recommend hand-washing every piece in the collection. The glass is durable, but the finishes and stoppers last longer by hand.
